A delightful two bed-roomed cottage with stunning views over Pen-y-Fan  next door to Pen-y-Fan Loft and very conveniently located only one mile outside Brecon with wonderful walking closeby.

Cottage Facilities

There is a kitchen with an oil-fired cream Rayburn - usable in the winter if required- a welsh dresser and double sink. There is a pantry so plenty of storage and then a second kitchen with again a sink, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, a freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and ample storage space. A downstairs cloakroom with toilet and then a further back room for storage of coats, muddy boots etc. A lovely sun room with windows all around and French doors leading out to the garden and patio. This is a lovely room to eat in with the dining table and chairs and a long brown leather sofa and views out across the fields up to the tops of the Brecon Beacons and Pen-y-fan. The sitting room is comfortable with a featured "stable door" and open fire set in an old Victorian style fireplace with logs supplied or in the summer for convenience there is an electric wood burning stove with comfy sofa and chairs. There is a large Freeview TV with DVD and CD player.

Upstairs to

Bedroom 1: a double bed with a wash handbasin and low windows and views across to the mountains. 

Bedroom 2: has twin beds and again low windows; (there are window guards if visitors have young children). 

The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, handbasin and toilet.
