This is an immaculate flat over part of the owner's home in the small hamlet of Llangattock; the old stone house, dating from the 1600's was once part of The Old Six Bells Pub. There are still another two pubs in the village called The Horseshoe and The Vinetree- well known for its food. Llangattock is a ten minute walk over the River Usk to the market town of Crickhowell, nestling between the dramatic Brecon Beacons and the softer Black Mountains. Behind the village of Llangattock are the limestone crags of Llangattock Escarpment and the Llangattock Cave system, one of the most elaborate in Britain. This is a perfect location for visitors wanting to walk straight onto the hills.

Sleeps 4 2 bedrooms. A newly fitted kitchen with an electric cooker and a gas hob, a microwave, fridge and a freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and good quality table and chairs. The sitting room is light and airy, with brown leather sofa and chairs, TV with DVD, stereo and a radio. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, handbasin and toilet.
Bedroom 1: The Master bedroom has a king-size bed.
Bedroom 2: has twin beds.

Crickhowell - a short walk through the church fields
A comfortable half a mile stroll takes you through picturesque fields to the famous Crickhowell Bridge over the River Usk. The bridge is well known for its mysterious arches, 12 when viewed from one side and 13 when facing upstream. Follow the narrow street, lined with pretty Georgian terraces up to the market town's centre. You will be spoilt for choice in Crickhowell whether choosing somewhere to eat, buying local produce or browsing for clothes or gifts.
