We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful cottage. Its location was quiet and peaceful, the garden was great. We even had a BBQ with my friends (who live nearby). We stayed here Christmas 2025 & the kindness shown by the owners was outstanding especially when we had to ring up on Christmas Eve at tea time when we were lost & they kindly guided us to the property over the phone. Value for money for sure Settee needs replacing before I would book again Location of the property is very good for visiting around the Brecon beacons area and further afield, good access to road network As mentioned on reviews gun club not really an issue unless you wanted to relax in the garden on a Saturday. This cottage is beautiful and cosy and in a stunning location. If you get a clear night it is perfect for stargazing, we were lucky enough to see a meteor shower. It is well equipped and right next to a forest where our dogs loved to go for walks. The small dining room was brilliant for playing board games and the local town was near enough to get Read moreeverything we needed but far enough to be quiet and secluded. Lovely cottage right next to the forest . Met our needs and dogs loved the long walks every day. Strangly never saw any animals throughout the forest not even a deer but hey ho that's nature .. would definitely stay there again.

Cottage in a lovely, quiet location. There was tea,coffee,sugar & milk waiting for us on arrival with some delicious welsh cakes! Local shooting range very loud and times were inconsistent,anything from 9.45 till 3.30 sun & wed. The garden is enclosed but there are gaps if your pup is an escape artist!
