Mayberry Cottage

Mayberry Cottage is perched on the hillside above Llangattock with fantastic panoramic views. Originally a terrace of  200 year old quarry workers cottages but now a beautiful and luxurious holiday cottage. Everything has been thought of with lovely linen and good quality beds and a well fitted and easy kitchen to use for cooking special meals. The whole of the hillside is beautiful in the springtime with the primroses, bluebells, lambs rushing around and with the  many flowering May Trees dotting the hillside thus the name. Mayberry Cottage stands in two and a half acres of ground, with superb views over Crickhowell and across to the Table Mountain and The Sugar Loaf.  This is a brilliant location up a steep and winding road to the cottage. The nearest pub called The Three Horse Shoes in Llangattock and also The Vinetree Restaurant, across the River Usk Bridge into Crickhowell there are many more gastro-pubs, bistro's and restaurants and some interesting local shops.
