Llwyn-y-neuadd

This remote 17th century Welsh longhouse has been superbly converted; it is in a beautiful remote location with wonderful panoramic views reached down an unmade ancient drover's road through woodlands, crossing a ford, and is set in excess of an acre of private land. This is the most peaceful tranquil spot with fantastic views of the Black Mountain (the Western edge of the National Park newly designated as a World Heritage Geo Park). Excellent walks straight from the cottage and there is a wealth of wildlife and many birds to be seen, including a pair of red kites that nest nearby. The water for the cottage is from a bore hole (filtered). The nearest neighbours are about a mile away.
