Large, comfortably furnished sitting room has sofa (sofa bed) and chairs, TV, DVD, video, hi-fi system, wood burning stove and storage heater. Downstairs bathroom has bath with shower fitting, handbasin, toilet and heater.

First floor bedroom with a 5ft double bed, a twin bedroom and a room with 3ft wide bunk beds. At the other end of the house, a steep oak ladder stairs, suitable for the more agile, leads up to a 2nd twin/double bedroom (both twin rooms can be used as double beds).

The Barn sleeps 2. The barn is attractively restored with beams visible and has an L-shaped kitchen/living room of about 50 square yards. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge/ freezer, a locally quarried flag stone floor, dining table and chairs, armchair and a sofa bed, TV, a piano, woodburning stove and storage heater. The gallery bedroom has a 5ft double bed and is reached by a steep oak staircase. Downstairs shower room with toilet, handbasin and heater.

A lovely garden of half an acre with the most magical views, a sunny courtyard, BBQ, picnic tables, benches and soft reclining chairs. The property is in a secluded position and originally dates from the late 1700's. Lovingly restored using excellent local craftsmen and Herefordshire Oak.

In Both Llangain & Bullen's Bank: Electricity, storage heaters and logs. Bedlinen provided. Pets welcome but please keep under control, as there are many sheep in the surrounding fields. Mobile reception good. Ample parking but if preferred there is off road parking at the bottom of the shared track which is quite steep. (The recently resurfaced track should be easy to drive up except in icy conditions.) Bullen's Bank and Llangain are set at 1,000 ft above sea level in a spectacular location with panoramic views over the Wye Valley. There are many footpaths near the cottage and farmhouse and the open hillside of the Black Mountains is close; an ideal place for walkers.  BULLEN'S BANK & LLANGAIN CAN BE USED TOGETHER.
