Cottage accommodation
The Farmhouse sleeps 6/8, in 4 bedrooms, and has a well equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, dining table and chairs, woodburning stove and storage heater. Large, comfortably furnished sitting room has sofa (sofa bed) and chairs, TV, DVD, video, hi-fi system, wood burning stove and storage heater. Downstairs bathroom has bath with shower fitting, handbasin, toilet and heater.
First floor
Bedroom 1: with a 5ft double bed
Bedroom 2: a twin bedroom
Bedroom 3: 3ft wide bunk beds.
At the other end of the house, a steep oak ladder stairs, suitable for the more agile, leads up to
Bedroom 4: a twin/double bedroom (both twin rooms can be used as double beds).
Bedlinen provided but beds not made up.
The Barn sleeps 2. The barn is attractively restored with beams visible and has an L-shaped kitchen/living room of about 50 square yards. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge/ freezer, a locally quarried flag stone floor, dining table and chairs, armchair and a sofa bed, TV, a piano, woodburning stove and storage heater.
Bedroom 5: The gallery bedroom has a 5ft double bed and is reached by steep oak ladder stairs.
Downstairs shower room with toilet, handbasin and heater.

Set at 1,000 ft above sea level in a spectacular location with panoramic views over the Wye Valley. There are many footpaths near the cottage and farmhouse and the open hillside of the Black Mountains is close; an ideal place for walkers. BULLEN'S BANK & LLANGAIN CAN BE USED TOGETHER.
