Sleeps 4, 2 bedrooms. The kitchen/dining/sitting room are spacious with a well thought out kitchen layout with a built-in electric oven, hob and microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a freezer with vinyl flooring throughout. There is a washer/dryer in a utility room adjoining the bungalow. The sitting area has a dining table and chairs and four comfortable chairs, ample room for wheelchair manoeuvrability. Freeview TV, DVD, CD player and radio.
Large wet room with shower, handbasin and toilet. Double doors through to the very spacious bedroom with twin beds. There is a second large bedroom with a double bed.
Bedlinen and towels provided. Electricity and full oil central heating. Mobile reception good. Sorry not suitable for pets but Guide Dogs welcome. Patio with garden furniture. Ample safe parking in the courtyard close to the bungalow and safe storage for mountain bikes or canoes.

This bungalow is approximately 8 miles from Hay-on-Wye and approximately 14 miles from Hereford, near the small village of Bredwardine in the Wye Valley. Situated on a 500 acre mixed farm (sheep and beef cattle), in rolling Herefordshire countryside with views across to Scar Rock. This very convenient two bedroom bungalow is ideally suited to visitors with mobility problems as it is fully equipped for all types of disability. There are extra wide doors for wheelchair use, ramps at the doors, a wet-room with shower and rails in the bathroom. A welcome pack will be provided for guests on arrival. This is a perfect cottage for visitors wishing to fish for Barble and Perch on the river Wye. Bredwardine is a famous stretch to catch these fish.
