The Lodge sleeps 2 people with a galley style kitchen with a two ring electric hob and a combi-microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, dining table and chairs, a comfortable sofa, SKY TV with DVD and a double bed tucked into the alcove. There is a shower room with a shower, handbasin and toilet.
Large double doors lead out onto a covered wooden balcony reaching out over the pond with a BBQ and good quality terracotta and wrought iron table and chairs and two lovely comfortable reclining chairs. The balcony is a wonderful place for sitting with a contemplative evening drink with the lovely views up the hillside and across the valley, and the pond below you. There is a garden surrounding the property and a meadow with sheep grazing. A fairly steep path leads up to the cabin.
The Lily Pond Lodge is in an idyllic setting on a very quiet private lane that leads up to the owner's beautiful converted Barn that offers Bed and Breakfast, approximately 200 yards distance; the owner also offers excellent meals on request, and on discussion could drop "ready prepared" Cordon Bleu meals down to the Lodge. There is also a HOT TUB AND A SAUNA up at the barn that visitors to the Lodge are able to use free of charge.
Bedlinen and towels provided. Electricity and fuel inclusive. One well behaved pet welcome. Welcome Pack on arrival with local produce. Ample parking for two cars. Mobile reception variable. 1 ½ mile of fishing on The River Irfon is available on discussion with the owner close to the house.
The closest village is Llangammarch approximately 3 miles away with a village shop and local pub. Builth Wells is 8 miles, home to The Royal Welsh Show ground, just outside Builth Wells, hosts the Royal Welsh Show and many other events throughout the year e.g., Small Holders Fair, Wonderwool , Antique Fairs and Christmas Fairs etc.
Brecon 12 miles.
