The cottages were built around the 1920's in the small hamlet of Llanigon only two miles from Hay-on-Wye; a perfect place to walk without taking the car straight up to the Black Mountains. The Wye Valley, Offas Dyke and Brecon Beacons are also only a few miles. The cottage has been newly renovated with new furnishing and a new kitchen and bathroom.
