The cottage is so called as there is a Kiwi Fruit climbing up the wall of the cottage and was built in the 1800s - just across the road from the then "new" canal, right in the centre of the popular village of Talybont on Usk. Within a couple of minutes walk is the local shop and the four ever popular village pubs, The White Hart, The Usk Inn, The Travellers Rest and The Star perched on the edge of the canal bank. Just up the road there are the waterfalls and the large picturesque reservoirs and walks straight up onto the Brecon Beacons and The River Usk is the also close by

Sleeps 5, 3 bedrooms. Galley kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and a separate freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining room has the original flag stone floors and oak beams a dining table and chairs. The spacious sitting room has a log burner with sofas and chairs.

A family bathroom with a bath with a power shower over the bath, handbasin and toilet.
There is also a separate toilet.
Up a further flight of stairs to
Bedroom 3: the master bedroom with a double bed and lovely far - reaching views from both sides over the canal and up the valley towards the hills.
