Barn accommodation

Sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms:

The sitting room has tall French windows and two long deep and comfortable new sofas, and a dining table which easily seats 12 people. There is large wall mounted flat screen TV with (freeview) SKY (you need to bring your own box), and a very contemporary wood burning stove in the corner of the room. With full central heating, this is a very warm property, but the fire just adds an extra cosiness as it flickers away in the corner of the room. Down a couple of steps, there is a further sitting area with a Lloyd Loom smaller table and chairs, and another sofa. This is a perfect place to be able to sit quietly and enjoy a cup of coffee, and appreciate the lovely views across the Bettws Valley and Sugar Loaf Mountain. There are two sets of French windows which open out onto a stone terrace, where you can sit outside. Down another few steps, there is a super kitchen which is wonderful for preparing for a special dinner party and has every conceivable piece of cooking equipment and plenty of space. There is an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, a smaller fridge and a large freezer.

Down another couple of steps, there is a large and airy room that's perfect for keeping wet dogs, walking boot, coats and anything else you'd like to store out of the way. There's an additional WC with wash hand basin. There is also a small utility room with a central heating boiler, washing machine and dryer and it's warm enough to use for drying out wet clothes.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: A bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite shower room with wc
Bedroom 2: A bedroom with king sized bed
