For more formal dining, there is an antique dining table with eight chairs in the large sitting/dining room which also has large L-shaped sofa, many cushions, rugs and a woodburning stove set in the stone fireplace. A second spacious sitting room, has a light and airy feel with double glass doors, leading directly onto the vast terrace There are pale oak floorboards and limewashed walls with two comfy sofas around another woodburning stove with a Sky multi-channel TV, a DVD player and Wi-Fi broadband. There is also a further double sofa bed here if required and a study area.
Upstairs to four bedrooms - three double rooms, and one Queen-size double, all with lovely views, interesting furniture, fabrics and paintings. A family bathroom has freestanding claw-foot bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

Due to the steep drop down to the stream the owner suggests that this property would not be suitable for toddlers. LPG gas for central heating, hot water and the cooker.
