Beacons Gallop is part of a range of stone farm barns and is perfectly located for keen walkers and mountain bikers. The farm is right on the footpaths leading directly up to the Peaks of The Brecon Beacons with Pen-y-fan and Corn Ddu raising up behind the farm and cottages; the ancient Roman Road is nearby which is a relatively easy walk right through the Peaks of the Brecon Beacons with Pen-y-fan and Cribyn and Corn-ddu. The owners breed "Trotters" and there are some particularly lovely horses on the farm. Brecon is only 10 minutes drive and Cantref Pony Trekking Centre and Adventure Farm which children love only a few minutes walk down the lane.
