From the front of the building there are magnificent views of the area. The cottage itself is a stone building with a parking area enclosed by a stone wall and gated entrance. To the left of the cottage there is an attractive deck and an open area where the owner has plans to build stables. Behind the house there is a large lawn which leads up to National Park common land and has the most amazing 360 degree views of the park and valley. There are 40 acres of land with this property.
Cottage accommodation
Sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms. Open-plan kitchen/diner and sitting room. The kitchen is equipped with a Belling County Chef eight ring gas stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and light pine dining table and chairs. The spacious sitting room is comfortably furnished with two three seater sofas and has Sky TV, Hi-Fi and Xbox. There is a cosy feel to it with a warm colour scheme and featured fireplace. There is another reception room which is set up as a games room with a good selection of games and books A downstairs cloakroom has toilet and handbasin. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be accessed in the garage and is not available between October until April).
