Byres, as it's name suggests, is a renovated barn with original beams, furnished in keeping with its location: It is in a peaceful setting but is ideally placed as a centre for people who want to discover the Brecon Beacons and Mid Wales on foot or by car. The meadows below the cottage run down to the stream and woodlands - a lovely safe place for children to play. Brecon 5 miles.
