Sleeps 4, 2 bedrooms, plus nursery with 2 cots. The farm is a 220 acre mixed organic holding with sheep, a suckler beef herd, laying hens and free range pigs. A lovely blend of pasture, woodland and streams. There are 3 trout pools on the farm with wild mature trout, the fishing is to be discussed with the owner. You can walk for miles from the cottage and this is an ideal location for bird watching. Red kites nest nearby and can often be seen along with the buzzards, owls and woodpeckers. Children are welcome to collect eggs and meet friendly lambs and ponies. Organic beef, pork, lamb, vegetable boxes and breakfast boxes are available

The ground floor of this conversion is very much open plan with a fully fitted kitchen leading through the dining area to a comfortable sitting room with panoramic views across to the Beacons. Kitchens are equipped with full size electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is a shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a wealth of exposed beams, a multi fuel stove, SKY Freeview TV, DVD and CD player.

Bedroom 2: large twin room furnished in a similar vein and nursery with two cots (linen for cots provided).
Bathroom has bath with shower over, handbasin and toilet. Additional toilet downstairs. All floors are made from home grown oak and are given added warmth by a mixture of interesting rugs.

Large Groups
Ideal for children - Can sleep ten people if used together. When both cottages are booked together an additional 'living room' is available for an extra charge (to be discussed with the owner). This room can seat ten to twelve people comfortably and has a panoramic window.
Sennybridge and the nearest shops are 5 miles, Brecon and Llandovery are 15 miles.
