A dining area with dining table and chairs, easy chair and sofa with a French door leading out onto the garden. Utility room with Shaker style units, a washer/dryer and a deep freeze. A spacious and comfortable sitting room with a most attractive large rug, two sofas, basic SKY package, TV, DVD and video and a featured fireplace with an electric coal effect fire. There is also a further French door leading out to the garden.
