The glorious countryside of the Brecon Beacons National Park is so close whilst at the same time Boleyn House is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the many pubs. Theatre Brycheiniog has some really good visiting guest artists and productions and has great little restaurant Tipple & Tiffin set right on the The Brecon & Monmouthshire Canal. From here there is a lovely canal path walk or take a canal trip on The Dragonfly Cruise and see all the pretty painted boats in the canal basin. Brecon has two Golf Clubs, Cradoc Golf Club and Brecon Golf Club which is one of Wales finest 9 hole and picturesque courses. The magnificent Brecon Cathedral and Pilgrims Tea Rooms and the many walks along the River Usk or up through The Groves. Boleyn House is a perfect spot to stay to appreciate everything this Georgian Market Town has to offer. The owners are very welcoming and are always happy to make suggestions on where to eat and places to visit.

We had an amazing time at the Boleyn House, the flat is clean and very welcming. It is very well situated in Brecon town, short walk to any shops and the bus stop interchange. It's a quiet street and so near the promenade and walk along the canal.
