Sleeps 5, 3 Bedrooms.  The kitchen is all new with an electric cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher and a large pantry; this leads through to a dining area with a large oak table and a wonderful sunroom with again amazing views across farmland and the Brecon Beacons and up to Pen-y-Fan.  This room is furnished with comfortable seating so an ideal place to enjoy a good book or even painting for the artistic.

The sitting room has a big picture window with views towards Brecon, a large woodburning stove is set in a stone fireplace, there are exposed beams and lovely oak floor boards. SKY basic package 40" flat screen TV, DVD and wi-fi  etc. A large utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink for those muddy boots.  There is also a cloakroom with toilet and handbasin. The deep freezer is in the adjoining garage. 

There are three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 - Single room with views to the front of the property.
Bedroom 2 - Double room.
Bedroom 3 - Twin room, sharing the same views as the sunroom.  All are well appointed with good quality beds and firm mattresses and fitted wardrobes. 

The bathroom has a separate shower, bath, handbasin and toilet.

  • Cot and highchair available. 
  • One small dog by negotiation - not allowed in the bedrooms.  
  • Mobile reception good.
  • Outside the property has parking for at least three cars plus a garage for storage of bikes or canoes. 
  • The enclosed garden has an area of lawn, is safe for children, has a stone patio with garden furniture and a BBQ to be able to sit in the garden and again enjoy the outstanding views.
  • Supermarkets that deliver here are Tesco and Asda.
