It is a four hundred acre organic beef and sheep farm near to the small market town of Brecon with stunning panoramic views of the Brecon Beacons. The farm is a bird watchers paradise and was recently featured in a BBC programme with Iolo Williams, "Secret Birds of Wales".

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.
A downstairs cloakroom with shower, toilet and handbasin.
There is a spacious and warm dining/sitting room with a large log burner set in the original stone inglenook fireplace with the featured bread oven and comfortable sofa and armchairs set around. SKY TV with sports package, video and DVD. WI-FI is also available. The dining area has a dining table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: beamed bedroom with three quarter size bed.
Bedroom 2: master bedroom again with great oak beams has a double bed.
The family bathroom has a corner bath, handbasin and toilet.

Local wildlife
There are many types of large and small birds attracted by environmental schemes such as Tir Gofal encouraging landowners not to farm so intensively. There are acres of "set aside" planted with winter oats to encourage a wide variety of birds including yellow hammers, lapwings with their beautiful call and the majestic Red Kite.
Location
This is a great location for walkers too with footpaths close by, Brecon just 1 and a half miles away and approximately a 20 minute walk via footpaths to the popular and friendly Three Horseshoes Pub in Groesfford.
